**Note: If you finished our automated onboarding process, it's likely that you already have some inventory created in OneCart. Use this guide to either add more SKUs, or if you need to reset and set up your inventory from scratch in OneCart.
Each of these methods caters to different inventory sizes and management styles, giving OneCart users flexibility in how they build and maintain their inventory.
There are 3 ways to add your inventory to OneCart
- Bulk Upload
Bulk Upload is a quick way to add large volumes of products at once. This method involves uploading a file (usually in CSV format) containing all product details. Users can download a template from OneCart, fill it with their inventory data - such as product name, variant sku, price, and quantity - and then upload it back to the platform. OneCart will process the file and add all products to the system in a single action, saving time for users with extensive inventories. - SKU by SKU
This method allows users to add inventory one product at a time. Ideal for smaller inventories or specific updates, it enables users to enter each product's details directly into OneCart, specifying the SKU, description, pricing, and any additional data fields. This approach is best for businesses that need precise control over each item, such as when adding new or high-priority products individually. - Generating it from Platform
Generating it from Platform allows users to add inventory from connected platforms directly into OneCart.
Always remember that your SKUs must be unique.
