Why Update and Resync Shopify Location?
If you've made changes to your Shopify locations, such as adding a new location, renaming an existing one, or deactivating a location, it’s important to update and resync in OneCart. This ensures that your inventory and order data stay accurate across both platforms.
Steps to Update and Resync Shopify Location
1. Navigate to Your Shopify Listings
- Log in to your OneCart dashboard.
- Go to the Manage Listings section (Ecommerce Listings > Manage Listings)
- Search for the desired listings using the search box
- Click on "View in OneCart" to view the listing
2. Check the Inventory Location in the listing
- Under the Inventory Location column, check that it is sync to the correct location
- Delete the listing in OneCart by clicking the 'Delete' button
3. Update the Location
- Once the listing is deleted, it will automatically bring you to the same listing import.
- Under the Location Settings tab, you’ll see the current Shopify locations connected to OneCart.
- Use the dropdown menu under the Shopify Location to select the correct location
- Click Save & Next once you are done!
4. Verify the Sync
- Check your inventory in OneCart to confirm that it matches the selected Shopify location by going to Manage Listings.
- If you encounter any discrepancies do contact support for assistance.
