Accessing the Orders List

To view and manage your orders in OneCart:

  1. Navigate to Manage Orders

    • Go to Orders > Manage Orders

  2. Understanding the Order List Columns

    • Order No. – Unique identifier for each order.
    • Order Date – The date and time the order was placed.
    • Shop – The store where the order was placed.
    • Status – Current order status (e.g., Pending, Ready to Ship, Awaiting Shipment).
    • Customer – The buyer’s name (partially masked for privacy).
    • Net Earnings – The revenue earned from the order after deductions.
    • Platform – The marketplace where the order was placed (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, RedMart).


Using Filters to Search for Orders


You can quickly find specific orders by using the built-in search and filter options:

  1. Search by Order Number

    • Enter the order number in the search bar to locate a specific order.

  2. Filter by Status

    • Click on the Filters section to filter orders by their current status:
      • Pending – Orders awaiting processing.
      • Ready to Ship – Orders prepared for shipment.
      • Awaiting Shipment – Orders waiting to be picked up by the courier.
      • Processed – Orders that have been handled.

  3. Adjust Entries Per Page

    • Change the number of displayed orders (10, 25, 50, or 100) using the Show Entries dropdown.

  4. Navigate Between Pages

    • Use the Previous and Next buttons to browse through multiple pages of orders.


Managing Orders Efficiently

  • Regularly check order statuses to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Use the search and filters to quickly locate orders that require action.
  • Verify platform synchronization if an order appears missing or outdated.
